Movimiento Madre Tierra is very excited to have been chosen to host the bi-annual general meeting (BGM) of Friends of the Earth International the world's largest grassroots environmental network. The meeting will be held in November of 2008, and has two distinct parts, the pre-conference in Tegucigalpa, and the meeting itself, in Tela on the north coast.
FoEI BGM 2008 will be a unique oportunity to create lasting programs and connections in Honduras. At the pre-conference, MMT will facilitate the presentation of numerous arts and cultural events.
